For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture alternately with milk.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
