Description

A refreshing and tropical vegan tartare made with jackfruit, avocado, and mango.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 can young green jackfruit, drained and shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded jackfruit, lime juice, soy sauce, and olive oil. Mix well.
  2. Gently fold in the diced avocado and mango, being careful not to mash the avocado.
  3. Season with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
