A refreshing and tropical vegan tartare made with jackfruit, avocado, and mango.

For the Crust:
- 1 can young green jackfruit, drained and shredded
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded jackfruit, lime juice, soy sauce, and olive oil. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the diced avocado and mango, being careful not to mash the avocado.
- Season with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
