For the Crust:
- 1 package (2.1 oz) frozen mini phyllo cups (15 count)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1–2 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
- 2 tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the frozen phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped cranberries, diced jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture evenly into the cooled phyllo cups. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
