- 1 packet unsweetened Kool-Aid (any bright color)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest

- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together Kool-Aid powder, olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, and salt until fully combined.
- Gently toss feta cubes in the marinade until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for deeper color).
- Before serving, let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Arrange on a platter and drizzle with extra marinade if desired.
