  • 1 block feta cheese (8 oz), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 packet unsweetened Kool-Aid (any bright color)
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Kool-Aid powder, olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, and salt until fully combined.
  2. Gently toss feta cubes in the marinade until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for deeper color).
  3. Before serving, let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Arrange on a platter and drizzle with extra marinade if desired.
