For the Crust:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and dried lavender over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and let lavender steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the lavender from the cream, return the cream to the saucepan, and add the white chocolate chips. Stir over low heat until smooth and chocolate is melted.
- Pour mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
