Description

A creamy and elegant dessert with a hint of floral lavender and the richness of white chocolate.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and dried lavender over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and let lavender steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the lavender from the cream, return the cream to the saucepan, and add the white chocolate chips. Stir over low heat until smooth and chocolate is melted.
  3. Pour mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
