Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease muffin tins.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, lemon zest, sugar, lavender, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients along with milk.
- Pour batter into muffin tins and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Cool and serve with powdered lavender sugar sprinkle.
