Description

A creamy brie cheese wrapped in flaky puff pastry with zesty lemon and aromatic thyme.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry slightly on a floured surface. Place the brie wheel in the center.
  3. Sprinkle thyme and lemon zest over the brie, then drizzle with honey.
  4. Fold the puff pastry over the brie, sealing the edges tightly. Brush with egg wash.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
