For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry slightly on a floured surface. Place the brie wheel in the center.
- Sprinkle thyme and lemon zest over the brie, then drizzle with honey.
- Fold the puff pastry over the brie, sealing the edges tightly. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
