Description

A creamy brie cheese wrapped in flaky puff pastry with zesty lemon and aromatic thyme for a perfect appetizer.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz) wheel brie cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Place brie in the center of the pastry. Top with thyme, lemon zest, and honey.
  3. Fold pastry over the brie, sealing edges. Brush with egg wash.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
