- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Lemon zest, for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined, then divide evenly into serving glasses and press down gently to form a crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat together burrata cheese, cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the cheese mixture over the crust in the glasses, chill for at least 2 hours, then garnish with lemon zest before serving.
