  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Lemon zest, for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined, then divide evenly into serving glasses and press down gently to form a crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together burrata cheese, cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture over the crust in the glasses, chill for at least 2 hours, then garnish with lemon zest before serving.
