Delightful cream puffs filled with creamy mango and coconut filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth. Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in mango puree and shredded coconut.
  5. Slice cooled puffs and fill each with the mango coconut cream. Serve immediately.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
