For the Crust:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mango puree
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth. Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in mango puree and shredded coconut.
- Slice cooled puffs and fill each with the mango coconut cream. Serve immediately.
