- 8 oz block feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, combine crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, drizzle with additional olive oil, and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon juice.
