For the Crust:
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup assorted olives
- 2 roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 4 pieces pita bread
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Arrange hummus in the center of a large serving plate or basket.
- Surround hummus with olives, roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and mixed greens.
- Cut pita bread into wedges and add to the basket. Serve immediately.
