- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Arrange the pita breads, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and olives on a large serving board.
- Spoon the ricotta mixture onto the board and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
