For the Crust:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into 16 equal squares and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the pastry squares for 10-12 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove the pastry squares from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top each square with a spoonful of burrata, a drizzle of pesto, and a light drizzle of hot honey.
