For the Crust:
- 4 burrata cheese balls
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into four squares. Place a burrata ball in the center of each square.
- In a food processor, blend basil, pistachios, and Parmesan to create a pesto. Spread over burrata and wrap with pastry. Bake on a tray for 20-25 minutes.
