A decadent layered dessert that combines the rich flavors of pecan pie with the ease of a no-bake lasagna-style treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix melted butter with crushed graham crackers and press into a 9×13 pan to form the crust.
  2. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla. Cook until thickened, then stir in pecans. Let cool slightly.
  3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then spread the pecan mixture on top.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping and drizzle with caramel sauce. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
