A decadent layered dessert that combines the rich flavors of pecan pie with the ease of a no-bake lasagna-style treat.

For the Crust:
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub whipped topping
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix melted butter with crushed graham crackers and press into a 9×13 pan to form the crust.
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla. Cook until thickened, then stir in pecans. Let cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then spread the pecan mixture on top.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and drizzle with caramel sauce. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
