A delightful and easy-to-make dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the nutty flavor of pistachios.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press the mixture into the bottoms of a muffin tin lined with paper liners.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, pistachio pudding mix, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the chopped pistachios.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake mixture onto the crust in the muffin tins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream before serving.
