  • 4 oz feta cheese, cut into snowflake shapes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced pears, sliced apple, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
