For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange pear slices and brie cheese evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle with dried cranberries and fresh thyme.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing and serving.
