A sweet and savory flatbread featuring ripe pears, creamy brie, tart cranberries, and aromatic thyme.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange pear slices and brie cheese evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and fresh thyme.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing and serving.
