For the Crust:
- 1 large pre-made flatbread or naan
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp honey for drizzling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Arrange pear slices and brie cheese evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle with dried cranberries and fresh thyme leaves.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, slice, and serve warm.
