For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made flatbread or naan bread
- 4 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 ripe pear, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread, then top with pear slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden. Meanwhile, toast almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with toasted almonds and thyme. Slice and serve warm.
