For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz wheel of brie cheese
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal squares. Place a slice of brie in the center of each square.
- Top each brie slice with chopped pistachios. Gather the pastry corners over the brie, pinching to seal.
- Brush each pastry bundle with egg wash. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, warm the cranberry sauce and honey in a small saucepan until combined. Drizzle over baked blossoms before serving.
