Elegant baked brie bites topped with crunchy pistachios and a sweet-tart cranberry honey drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal squares. Place a slice of brie in the center of each square.
  3. Top each brie slice with chopped pistachios. Gather the pastry corners over the brie, pinching to seal.
  4. Brush each pastry bundle with egg wash. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, warm the cranberry sauce and honey in a small saucepan until combined. Drizzle over baked blossoms before serving.
