Description

Creamy, naturally sweet pistachio butter made with roasted pistachios and a pinch of sea salt. Perfect for toast, baking, or snacking.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups roasted shelled pistachios

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp honey (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil (optional)


Instructions

1. Add pistachios to a food processor.

2. Blend for 2–3 minutes until crumbly.

3. Scrape down sides and blend again until smooth.

4. Add salt and honey if using.

5. Blend again and adjust texture with oil if needed.

6. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.

Notes

Use fresh roasted pistachios for the best flavor.

Optional ingredients add sweetness and creaminess.

Store in fridge for up to 4 weeks.
