A festive and elegant appetizer featuring puff pastry swirled with creamy Brie, sweet cranberries, and crunchy pistachios, shaped into a beautiful Christmas tree.

For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp honey for drizzling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle. Evenly scatter Brie cubes, cranberries, pistachios, and rosemary over the pastry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the pastry into a log. Slice the log into 1-inch thick rounds.
- Arrange the rounds on the baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree, slightly overlapping each round. Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Drizzle with honey before serving warm.
