For the Crust:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, pistachios, cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together honey, almond butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Roll into bite-sized balls and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
