For the Crust:

- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, pistachios, cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, mix together honey, almond butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Roll into bite-sized balls and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
