For the Crust:
- 8 ounces block feta cheese
- 1 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the feta cheese into sticks and dip each piece into the beaten eggs, then roll in chopped pistachios to coat.
- Place coated feta sticks on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve with a dip made by mixing Greek yogurt and dill.
