Description

A delicious appetizer featuring crispy pistachio-crusted feta cheese served with a refreshing dill yogurt dip.

For the Crust:

  • 8 ounces block feta cheese
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the feta cheese into sticks and dip each piece into the beaten eggs, then roll in chopped pistachios to coat.
  3. Place coated feta sticks on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve with a dip made by mixing Greek yogurt and dill.
