For the Crust:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon rosewater
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, and honey. Heat over medium heat until just starting to simmer.
- Remove from heat and stir in the rosewater. Pour the mixture evenly into moulds or small cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled with chopped pistachios on top.
