Description

A delicate and flavorful panna cotta infused with pistachio and a hint of rosewater, ideal for a sophisticated dessert.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon rosewater

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, and honey. Heat over medium heat until just starting to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the rosewater. Pour the mixture evenly into moulds or small cups.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled with chopped pistachios on top.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
