For the Crust:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1 cup kataifi pastry, lightly toasted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
- Stir in tahini until fully incorporated.
- Spread the chocolate mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle chopped pistachios and toasted kataifi pastry on top.
