A delightful and unique chocolate bark combining the nutty flavors of pistachio and tahini with a crispy kataifi crunch.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup kataifi pastry, lightly toasted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
  2. Stir in tahini until fully incorporated.
  3. Spread the chocolate mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle chopped pistachios and toasted kataifi pastry on top.
