For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made pizza dough or flatbread
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Spread evenly over the baked flatbread.
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios over the cream cheese layer.
- In a small saucepan, warm honey with rosemary sprig over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove rosemary and drizzle honey over the flatbread.
- Slice and serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra rosemary.
