Description

A festive, sweet and savory flatbread topped with creamy cheese, crunchy pistachios, juicy pomegranate seeds, and a fragrant rosemary honey drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough or flatbread
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Spread evenly over the baked flatbread.
  3. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios over the cream cheese layer.
  4. In a small saucepan, warm honey with rosemary sprig over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove rosemary and drizzle honey over the flatbread.
  5. Slice and serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra rosemary.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
