For the Crust:
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios), finely chopped
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped nuts, protein powder, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Spoon tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
