A delightful and flaky tart featuring thinly sliced zucchini ribbons on a bed of creamy ricotta and tangy feta cheese, perfect for any meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced into ribbons
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to fit a tart pan.
  2. Spread the ricotta cheese over the pastry, leaving a small border, and sprinkle the feta cheese on top.
  3. Arrange the zucchini ribbons over the cheese mixture. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and crisp.
