Description

Sweet and tangy cranberry-glazed meatballs that are perfect for holiday gatherings or as a festive appetizer.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can (14 oz) jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, then shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Stir until smooth and heated through.
  5. Add baked meatballs to the saucepan, tossing gently to coat in the glaze. Serve warm.
