A delightful dessert featuring roasted cherries resting elegantly on a cloud of rose-scented mascarpone cream.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss cherries with sugar and place them in a baking dish. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until the cherries are tender and slightly caramelized.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and rose water together until smooth and fluffy. Serve roasted cherries over the mascarpone cloud.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
