For the Crust:
- 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cherries with sugar and place them in a baking dish. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until the cherries are tender and slightly caramelized.
- In a separate bowl, whip mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and rose water together until smooth and fluffy. Serve roasted cherries over the mascarpone cloud.
