Description

Crispy roasted potatoes tossed in garlic and herbs, topped with creamy burrata and a spicy-sweet chili honey drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
  3. While potatoes roast, warm honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat for 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
  4. Arrange roasted potatoes on a platter, tear burrata over the top, drizzle with chili honey, and garnish with parsley.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
