For the Crust:
- 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon mixture into the hollows of each pear half.
- Drizzle melted butter over pears and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until pears are tender.
- Remove from oven, top with chopped pistachios, and serve warm.
