Description

Elegant, flaky puff pastry bites filled with creamy Brie, drizzled with honey, and topped with rosemary and toasted almonds.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet. Use a snowflake-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
  3. Place half of the snowflake shapes on the baking sheet. Top each with a few cubes of Brie, leaving a border.
  4. Brush the edges with egg wash, then place the remaining snowflake shapes on top, pressing edges to seal.
  5. Brush the tops with egg wash, then sprinkle with rosemary and almonds. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
