A delightful combination of sweet figs, crunchy walnuts, and creamy whipped cottage cheese with a hint of rosemary and honey.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh figs, quartered
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, honey, and chopped rosemary. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the whipped cottage cheese to serving bowls.
  3. Top with quartered figs and toasted walnuts. Drizzle with additional honey if desired.
