For the Crust:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 small wheel of brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the brie wheel in the center of the pastry. Drizzle with honey, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts and cranberries.
- Fold the edges of the pastry over the brie, leaving the center exposed. Brush the pastry with beaten egg and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
