Description

A sweet, savory, and spicy flatbread topped with creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy pistachios, and a drizzle of hot honey.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza dough
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and chopped pistachios.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
  4. While baking, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat and stir in red pepper flakes to make hot honey.
  5. Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with hot honey, garnish with fresh thyme, and season with salt and pepper. Slice and serve warm.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
