Description
A simple, aromatic bread with a crispy crust and soft interior, infused with fresh rosemary and roasted garlic, requiring no kneading.

For the Crust:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, roasted and minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, yeast, rosemary, and garlic.
- Add warm water and olive oil, stirring until a shaggy dough forms. Cover and let rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside for 30 minutes. Shape dough into a round on floured surface.
- Carefully transfer dough to preheated Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake for 15 more minutes until golden brown.
- Let bread cool on a wire rack for at least 1 hour before slicing.
