For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Serve chicken with sauce drizzled over the top.
