For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Serve chicken with sauce drizzled over the top.
