Description

A delightful twist on cheesecake, these individual cups combine creamy cheesecake with the tang of cranberry and the crunch of pistachios for a savory-sweet treat.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and a pinch of salt. Press a spoonful into the bottom of each serving cup.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in chopped cranberries and half of the chopped pistachios.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each cup, smoothing the top.
  5. Sprinkle remaining pistachios over the top. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
