Description

A festive and savory ring filled with tender turkey, tangy cranberry sauce, and melty cheese, all wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tubes (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, Swiss cheese, parsley, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on the baking sheet with wide ends overlapping in the center and points facing outward.
  4. Spoon the turkey mixture evenly over the wide ends of the dough.
  5. Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and tuck under the center to form a ring. Brush the top with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
