- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, evaporated milk, and half of the sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the remaining sugar into a saucepan and melt over medium heat until caramelized. Pour the caramel into a 9-inch round baking dish, tilting to coat the bottom evenly.
