For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup red chili peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine the diced mangoes and red chili peppers in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in sugar and cook until the mixture begins to thicken, about 20 minutes.
  3. Let the chutney cool to room temperature before serving.
