For the Crust:
- 1 ripe pineapple, diced
- 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz Burrata cheese
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine diced pineapple, jalapeños, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the pineapple salsa to a serving platter. Place the Burrata cheese in the center.
- Serve with tortilla chips on the side and enjoy immediately.
