A refreshing and zesty dish that combines sweet, spicy, and creamy flavors, served with crispy tortilla chips.

For the Crust:

  • 1 ripe pineapple, diced
  • 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz Burrata cheese
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine diced pineapple, jalapeños, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Transfer the pineapple salsa to a serving platter. Place the Burrata cheese in the center.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips on the side and enjoy immediately.
