Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 cup chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts, drained
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, mayonnaise, garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Roll out the bread dough into a large circle. Place a small bowl in the center and cut the dough into 16 equal wedges, leaving the center uncut.
- Spoon the spinach-artichoke mixture onto each wedge, then fold each wedge toward the center, pinching the ends to seal.
