For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made flatbread
- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons black garlic paste
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread the black garlic paste evenly over the flatbread, then add torn pieces of burrata on top.
- Scatter the cherry tomatoes over the flatbread, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 15 minutes until the edges are crispy. Serve immediately.
