A deliciously haunting flatbread topped with creamy burrata and rich black garlic for a perfect Halloween-themed dish.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made flatbread
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons black garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread the black garlic paste evenly over the flatbread, then add torn pieces of burrata on top.
  3. Scatter the cherry tomatoes over the flatbread, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 15 minutes until the edges are crispy. Serve immediately.
