For the Crust:
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into 3×3 inch squares. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Keep it refrigerated until ready to use.
- To assemble the towers, slice each puff pastry square in half horizontally. Pipe or spoon the whipped cream onto the base, add sliced strawberries, and then place the top half of the pastry. Repeat for all squares.
