For the Crust:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 170°F (or the lowest possible setting).
- Blend strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 4-6 hours until the fruit leather is dry but still slightly sticky.
